Putrajaya Holdings is the Master Developer of Putrajaya, and was given the task of translating the vision of Putrajaya into reality.

Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated on October 19, 1995 with the initial responsibility of designing and developing the comprehensive, highly strategic 20-year Putrajaya Masterplan.

Putrajaya Holdings’ shareholders are Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), the national petroleum company; Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah), the investment arm of the Government of Malaysia; and Kumpulan Wang Amanah Negara (KWAN). However, the ownership structure has since changed and as at May 3, 2007, PETRONAS via KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd is the majority shareholders with 64.41%, while CIMB Group Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd (for and on behalf of KWAN) has 20% stake and Khazanah has a 15.59%.

Today, with more than 20 signature development projects in Putrajaya comprising office buildings, commercial hubs and residential, Putrajaya Holdings is a maestro in the property market working alongside renowned names in the construction industry.construction industry.

With an exceptional footprint of development activities centered in and around Putrajaya for the last two decades, PjH has garnered wide expertise, knowledge and experience on all manner of construction and development achievements. We have built world-class infrastructure and network roads, bridges, promenades, iconic buildings and residential homes. Putrajaya is the ultimate showcase of PjH’s expertise and knowledge within the industry. We are now venturing out to Kuala Lumpur and Sepang, bringing our development expertise beyond Putrajaya. We are now set to take on indisputable challenges, commencing with a new aspiration, Oxygenation: Breathing Life into the Nation.

Oxygenation and Its Concept

Oxygenation signifies PjH’s able development characteristics to create exciting environments as enhanced by Oxygenation’s five elements; breathing life into ideas, breathing life into living, breathing life into vibrancy, breathing life into community and breathing life into environment. Oxygenation is PjH’s new corporate tagline. It is a brand enhancement designed to showcase to the public PjH’s strength based on what we’ve delivered in Putrajaya. Oxygenation is the pursuit of sustainability, to see possibilities and innovate solutions because property development is not just about look-and-feel, it is how we breathe life to home, community and environment. Moving forward, the Oxygenation brand will be associated and incorporated to all upcoming developments of PjH.
