Signing of lease agreement between Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd and Garden International School Sdn Bhd (GIS).
Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd signed the lease agreement with Garden International School Sdn Bhd to facilitate the rights of Garden International School Sdn Bhd to operate an International School in Putrajaya. Y.B Dato’ Haji Zulhasnan bin Rafique witnessed the signing of the said agreement. The significant event was held on 6 March 2007 at Putrajaya Shangri-La.

PJH Watersports Carnival 2007
PJH Watersports Carnival 2007 was held at Kelab Tasik Putrajaya, Precinct 8. The event was organised to promote healthy life style and to further enhance working relationship within the organisation. Staff of PJH/KLCC were divided into 4 teams named Yellow Dragon, Red Fighter, Green Warrior and Blue Shark. Blue Shark (formerly known as Blue Thunder) won the championship. |

Putrajaya Holdings celebrated PJH Annual Dinner 2007 at the Palace of the Golden Horses, Seri Kembangan themed “The Wild Wild West”. About a thousand guests attended the dinner, among others were PJH & KLCC Projeks staff, PJH Board of Directors, Senior Officers of Perbadanan Putrajaya and JV partners. |

Putrajaya Holdings launched Diplomatic Precinct Phase 2 recently. The new commercial center was officiated by the Minister of Federal Territories, Y.B. Dato' Haji Zulhasnan bin Rafique.
In his speech, Y.B Dato' Haji Zulhasnan said "The Diplomatic Precinct Town Center is envisioned to be a diplomatic community within a garden city setting, a global village that is vibrant yet charming, and a place that promotes international community within Putrajaya. The development of Putrajaya marks a new chapter in the history of modern planning in Malaysia."
