Putrajaya Holdings to End the Year with a Bang!

Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd gains double recognition for its outstanding quality and green projects with the endorsement at the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) & Safety and Health Assessment System in Construction (SHASSIC) Day 2021 for its new semi-detached property, Senna, slated to be launched in the first quarter of 2022.

The project was being assessed, measured, and evaluated on the aspect of workmanship quality and awarded ‘High QLASSIC Achievement’ by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia with an 85% score.

“The recognition demonstrates our commitment to quality, and we will continue to place utmost emphasis on safety and health environment, cost efficiency, and technology infrastructure for all our projects,” said Dato’ Hashimah Hashim, Chief Executive Officer, Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

The Master Developer of Putrajaya also takes pride that the Putrajaya Holdings’ Suasana PjH garnered an Honorary Mention of The Edge Malaysia – PAM Green Excellence Award 2021 at the recent The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2021.

The acknowledgement also saw Putrajaya Holdings expanding an already impressive list of accolades, with the recent awards received at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2021 for its projects namely TERRA by Putrajaya Holdings (Country Winner for Best Mixed-used Development), Best Developer (Highly Commended), Aura Residence @ Precinct 8 (Best Mid-end Condo Development (Central) – Highly Commended) and a Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction.
